MESIL 107 OH Polymer Application : 1. Can be widely used in electronics, semiconductors, automobiles, machinery, textiles, plastics, printing, construction and other fields. 2. Condensation cure onepart and twopart RTV systems are formulated from silanol terminated polymers with molecular weights ranging from 15,000 to 150,000. Onepart systems are the most widely used. Onepart systems are crosslinked with moisturesensitive multifunctional silanes in a two stage reaction. In the first stage, after compounding with fillers, the silanol is reacted with an excess of multifunctional silane. The silanol is in essence displaced by the silane. 3.
